Desoldering pumo
A sprue pump combined with a soldering iron is used for welded components from
to remove the welded parts from the circuit. The spillage pump sucks the liquid out of the joint where
where the components are assembled. To desolder a component, first the soldering iron
heat the welded joint until the solder liquefies/melts. At
At the same time, we activate the soldering pump by pressing the starter lever and
bringing the nozzle closer to the molten material and pressing the button
pulls the trigger back. At this point, the lever is pulled back and
the pump nozzle sucks in the molten solder. This process is repeated until,
until the pump has sucked up all the remaining solder and the hole is loosened to allow
to allow a new component to be brazed.
